Where your data lives

Your instance runs in an EU region (provider named on request), on its own, isolated from other labs. We never use your data to train models. The €500 program is managed and hosted by us; if your ethics board requires the data to stay in-house, that’s available as a paid upgrade — talk to us.

The University Program is a below-cost partnership rate of €500/month for your lab’s own exploratory work. When Syno is written into a funded project, it’s costed at €10,000/year per project, a standard, budgetable line your sponsor covers, with unlimited seats and no per-seat math. We give you the budget-line wording, the justification, and a letter of support.

Grants & finance
€500/month when your lab uses Syno on its own projects, and €10,000/year per project when used in a sponsored project. It’s typically booked as a direct computing/services cost. The grants-office pack has what finance needs to set us up as a vendor: budget-line wording, tax forms, a sample invoice, and the DPA.
University IT
Nothing to host or secure. The program is managed and hosted by us, GDPR-aligned, with ISO 27001 certification in progress (scope and target date on request).
Ethics / IRB
Never used to train models. An audit trail for the file. Your outputs are yours at grant end. If your board requires data to stay in-house, that’s a paid upgrade. Just ask.
